“#UrbanHunt TAS Competition”

Article 1— Purpose

Claudie Pierlot SAS, hereinafter referred to as “Claudie Pierlot”, with share capital of €50,000.00, registered with the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number B 328 759 857, with its registered office at 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 PARIS and with the contact email address: socialmedia@claudiepierlot.fr

Claudie Pierlot will hereinafter be referred to as the "organizer" or "organizing company"

The organizer is organizing a free game, with no purchase obligation, through a form available online and via a tablet at points of sale, from 11 September 2019 at 00:00 to 1 October 2019 at 23:59 inclusive (with the connection date and time in Paris deemed to be authoritative).

Article 2 — Participation

2.1 Access to the game

The game is open to any natural person of legal age or any minor with parental consent, residing in France and throughout the world, (hereinafter the "Participant"), with the exception of employees of the organizing bodies of the game, and any person having participated directly or indirectly in its organization or implementation, as well as their spouses and family members: ancestors and descendants.

When selecting the winners, the organizing company reserves the right to ask any Participant to provide proof of compliance with these conditions.

Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to prove compliance with the same shall be excluded from the game and shall not be eligible to claim any prize, should he/she participate and win.

Similarly, any false declaration or misrepresentation of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the Participant.

Participation in the game requires that each participant must have an email address.

Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.

 

2.2. Terms of participation

As part of the launch of a capsule collection named "Urban Uniform", the organizing company is running a large scale game online, which is also accessible via a tablet in all points of sale.

To participate:

1/ Login to the page dedicated to the game hosted on the website of the organizing company.

2/ Complete the fields “Surname”, “First name” and “email address”.

3/ Confirm your participation by clicking on the "Participate" button.

3 winners will be drawn at random for this game. Participation in the game is exclusively via the form hosted by the organizing company and via tablets available at points of sale. As such, any registration by telephone, fax, post or e-mail cannot be accepted.

Participation in the game implies full and complete compliance with these rules, including all their stipulations, the ethical standards that apply on the Internet, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to free games. 
Any incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant participation will not be accepted and will therefore result in the participation being null and void.

 

Article 3 — Prizes

At the end of this game 3 winners will be chosen at random:

  • 1 main winner will win a voucher worth €500
  • 1 runner up will win a voucher worth €300
  • 1 runner up will win a voucher worth €200

The winners undertake to accept the prizes as offered, with no possibility of exchange in particular for cash or other goods or services of any kind whatsoever.

The organizing company reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize that is equivalent in value and quality, for any reason whatsoever, without being held liable in this respect.

 

Article 4 — Allocation of prizes

Forms that are not properly completed will not be considered. After the random draw, within 7 days of the end of the game the winners will receive an email sent to the email address provided on the entry form, confirming which prize has been won and details of how to claim it.

Any winner who does not reply within 7 days of notification of his or her prize will be deemed to have forfeited the same and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

The random draw will be held on 3 October 2019, two days after the end of the game, to select 3 winners.

The winners must comply with the rules. If it transpires that the winners fail to meet the criteria of these rules, their prizes will not be awarded.

The prize cannot give rise to any dispute or claim of any kind. The winner undertakes not to hold the organizing company liable with regard to the prize.

The prize shall be accepted as announced. No changes of any kind may be requested by the winner for any reason whatsoever. No exchange, compensation or financial equivalent of the prizes may be requested, in whole or in part.

It is hereby specified that the organizing company will not provide any services or guarantees, the prizes consisting solely of the awards described above.

 

Article 5 — Use of personal data

Personal data collected in connection with participation in the game is recorded and used solely by the organizing company for the purposes of the participation and the allocation of prizes.

In accordance with the "Loi Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978 as amended and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), data will only be processed for the purposes set out in these rules.

Participants have the right to access, correct or delete information about themselves by writing to the following address: Claudie Pierlot, Service Digital, 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 PARIS.

 

 

Article 6 — Limitation of liability

Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, the ethical standards that apply on the Internet, as well as the laws and regulations applicable in France.

Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for accessing, retrieving or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission over the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet network.

The organizing company cannot be held liable in the event of a malfunction of the "Internet" network or Instagram applications preventing access to the game or its smooth running. In particular, the organizing company cannot be held liable for external acts of malicious intent.

While the organizing company does its utmost to provide users with readily available and verified information and/or tools, it cannot be held responsible for any errors (in particular, postings on game sites, incorrect emails), lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the site.

It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer and telephone equipment from any violation. Any person connecting to the site and participating in the game does so entirely at his or her own risk.

In addition, the organizing company is not liable in the event of:

-          Telephone connection problems,

-          Hardware or software problems,

-          Deletion of information provided by participants for a reason not attributable to the organizing company,

-          Human or electrical errors,

-         Disruptions that could affect the smooth running of the game or malfunction of the automated draw process.

In any case, should the proper administrative and/or technical running of the game be disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the organizing company, the latter reserves the right to suspend the game. Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the perpetrator being excluded from the game, with the organizing company reserving the right to take legal action against him or her if necessary.

 

Article 7 — Access and amendments

7.1 Access

The full rules are available on the website of the organizing company at http://www.claudiepierlot.com and also filed with SCP VENEZIA & Associés, Associated Bailiffs, 130 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92574 NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE CEDEX.

7.2 Amendments

The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, postpone, modify, extend, suspend or cancel the game altogether, without notice, due to any event beyond its control and/or in the event of circumstances constituting a case of force majeure and/or a fortuitous event, without it being held liable in this regard, and therefore no claim being admissible.

The organizing company cannot be held liable in the event of misrouted electronic mail or in the event of any interruption of Internet communications or changes in the Internet networks.

Changes to the rules may be published during the game on the organizing company's website  http://www.claudiepierlot.com. Such amendments will be made by way of an addendum/addenda filed with SCP VENEZIA & ASSOCIES, Associated Bailiffs.

 

Article 8 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are subject exclusively to French law.

Any question relating to the application and/or interpretation of these rules must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which the game ends, to the following address: Claudie Pierlot – Service Digital, 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 Paris

In the event of any continuing dispute relating to the application and/or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes shall be brought before the competent court.

No verbal inquiries will be considered with regard to the game.
