If you want to quickly and smoothly order anything from our site, first log in to your customer account via Log in which you can find in the top right of our home page on a computer. On mobile, click on "My Account" in the menu to the top left. Then you can browse our site in search of that rare gem.

  • 1 | Bingo, you've found the piece of your dreams! Select your size directly and click on "Add to shopping bag".
  • 2 | Then go to your basket to confirm it.
  • If you have a promo code, you can now add it in the "Coupon code" box and then click on OK.  
  • 3 | Once you have confirmed it, enter your preferred delivery method as well as your address and proceed to payment.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa Blue Card, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

No tax refunds for pieces purchased online.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. You will also be informed of your order despatch and any delivery incidents.

If you want to track this at any point, go to your « My account », space in the « My orders » section or in the section Track my order. You can also print your invoices and reprint your return label from this space.

Frequently asked questions

How do your promo codes work?

Enter promo codes directly in your shopping bag, in the "Promo code" box. Then click "OK", and your code will get automatically applied to the eligible pieces in the current offer.

Please note: goodies offers are always dependent on available stocks. You can see all the conditions of the current offer on our home page or via the link opposite "Offer conditions".

Has my order gone through?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email to notify you a few minutes after your purchase. Please note, our email could end up in your spam folder.
If you haven't received this email the day after your order, please contact our customer service advisors on +33 153 006 315 (service and call are free) or by mail via our contact form. We will be happy to let you know the status of your order!

How do I cancel my order?

Once confirmed, you can no longer change your order. However, we do offer you the option of cancelling it within 30 minutes of confirming it!
To do so:
- Go to the « My orders », section or the « My account » space or section of the « Track my order »
- As long as the "Cancel my order" button is visible, then you can still cancel.
- Click on the button and choose the reason for cancelling it and then confirm.
- You will get a cancellation confirmation email and you will be credited with the money from your order.

If the button is no longer available, please either refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, or return it to us using the prepaid label that came in your parcel.
Once your parcel has been returned to the stock in our warehouse, you will automatically get your refund within 7 days. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

When will my favourite piece be back in stock?

Stock is added regularly for the current collection (depending on the specific item). Watch out though, because this does not happen very often during sales!

We therefore suggest that you subscribe to our waiting lists. To do this, click on "Unavailable size" at the level of the desired room, fill in the size and your email address before validating.
As soon as the item is available again in the chosen size, you will get an alert email!

Are online prices different from in-store prices?

The prices charged on our e-shop are identical to those charged in our shops. No surcharges are made.
However, it may happen that commercial operations are only valid online or in our physical shops. In order to be informed in advance, do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter!

Can I buy an item tax free?

We are sorry but we don't offer tax-free shopping on our online store.
