Delivery to your home, your nearest shop or a collection point, available in your country.

Delivery times may be longer during sales periods, such as our Outlet sales.

Returns are free (excluding Outlet sales) and can be made by post or in-store within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind. During this period, you must exercise your right to return an item by printing out the prepaid returns label via your My account area or the Order tracking page.

You then have 14 days from the date your returns label is generated to return your parcel to us. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The returns procedure is the same for orders from our Outlet sales. €7 will be deducted from your refund.

You can return or exchange an item directly in a Claudie Pierlot shop (excluding corners and outlets) within 14 days of placing your order. Take your item(s) in its (their) original condition, along with your delivery note, to the shop.

You cannot exchange or return to a store items bought during an online Last Chance or Outlet sale.
